In 2009 OCPoundhounds
was fortunate to be able to assist in keeping Fur-Kids and Pet Parents together by providing an Emergency Food Bank and to
be able to provide food donations. OCPoundhounds readily provided 400+lbs of quality dog food for those needing a helping
paw....
OCPoundhounds sponsored the
spaying, neutering and vaccinations of three abandoned kitties who had made their home at Nicky's Petroleum Truck Stop.
Due to the kindness of the truck stop staff they were fed and given shelter, so not to add to the overwhelming population
of unwanted cats, OCPoundhounds sponsored the cats surgeries to
avoid more kittens.
In 2009 OCPoundhounds sponsored 8 Community Spays 10 Community
Neuters. Here are jst a few of the lucky Ladies who will not have to worry about having puppies in their future or the
Guys having to worry about having to roam to find Romance!
